Description

Our Early Leadership Development Programme is tailored for middle leaders preparing to take on, or recently appointed to, senior leadership roles. The programme is delivered through three focused two-hour sessions, each centred on key leadership themes critical to driving sustainable improvement.

Participants will develop the core skills needed to lead with impact—setting the tone through example, nurturing a culture rooted in collaboration and integrity, and making informed, evidence-based decisions. Emphasis is placed on prioritisation, strategic implementation, and the effective use of time and resources to achieve meaningful outcomes.

A key focus is sustaining improvement by addressing areas of need and securing measurable, long-term benefits for pupils. To support the application of learning in real-world contexts, each participant is matched with an experienced mentor. One-to-one mentoring sessions are scheduled between training modules, enabling tailored guidance and practical application within own settings.
