Safer Recruitment for Leaders

Description

The Safer Recruitment course is designed to help participants identify key aspects of staff recruitment that serve to deter or prevent the appointment of unsuitable individuals. It also examines policies and practices that minimise opportunities for abuse while ensuring prompt reporting when concerns arise. Through this training, participants will be encouraged to review their own recruitment policies and procedures with the aim of fostering a safer organisational culture, reinforcing safeguarding principles, and maintaining compliance with best practices in recruitment.
