First Aid at Work - requalification

2-day course to renew the first aid at work qualification. To attend students must hold a valid first aid at work certificate. To be shown on arrival at the course. During this 2-day course, candidates will have the opportunity to practice essential first aid procedures and learn the latest techniques for dealing with emergency situations, managing injuries and illnesses in the workplace. During this two day course, candidates will have the opportunity to practise essential first aid procedures, as well as learn the latest techniques for dealing with emergency situations and managing injuries and illnesses in the workplace.

Important information for all candidates before attending this course:

  • Full attendance is required. Course starts 9:30 ends 4:30
  • Lunch is 30 minutes.
  • Arriving late/leaving early may mean exclusion from the course/assessments and therefore the student is unable to complete the course, and is not eligible for certificate/qualification.
  • Leaving the room during the course may lead to non-certification.
  • Please carry out a personal risk assessment for the practical activities on the course.
  • CPR MUST be demonstrated by kneeling on the floor in order to pass the course and receive qualification/certificate.
  • There will be floor work, all candidates should wear loose fitting trousers, and appropriate foot wear
  • All candidates are advised to bring photo ID, and inform the instructor if they have any serious health/ allergy issues.
  • Candidates attending 2 day First Aid at Work Re-qualification courses, must already have a “First Aid at Work” certificate. Each candidate must bring their previous “First Aid at Work” certificate with them, paper copy or pdf. If this cannot be produced we are unable to certify. This is our exam board rules.
