Early Years Leaders Meeting

Our termly meetings provide essential support for EYFS leaders through focused professional development that strengthens leadership thinking and deepens understanding of effective early years practice. Sessions include updates on key national and local EYFS developments, ensuring provision remains current, compliant with statutory requirements, and responsive to emerging trends. Leaders are supported to reflect on their provision, evaluate its effectiveness, and identify priorities for improvement. By fostering collaboration and the sharing of effective practice, the network promotes a culture of learning and innovation that inspires leaders to adopt and adapt successful approaches.
