This one-day professional development opportunity gives teachers first-hand experience of visiting 6/7 different places of worship in East London.

This one-day session seeks to ensure that teachers will:

• Develop their learning in RE around different religions
• Understand protocols around arranging, going ON and learning from visits to places of worship
• Be better equipped to handle sensitive and difficult questions in the classroom connected to RE
• Have strategies to use in the classroom to develop deep learning about religion and worldviews
