Attendance 101

Description

We are pleased to offer Attendance 101 Drop-In Sessions as a flexible, response-led training opportunity for staff involved in attendance work. These informal, sessions are designed to provide real-time support and practical strategies, shaped by the needs and experiences of participants. Ideal for pastoral leads, attendance officers, safeguarding staff, and senior leaders, the sessions focus on overcoming common attendance barriers, including persistent absence linked to wellbeing and family circumstances. Participants will have the opportunity to share challenges, explore effective approaches, and build confidence in implementing early intervention strategies, conducting supportive conversations, and using data to drive action. Each session includes key takeaways, resources, and access to a growing community of practice, helping staff stay informed and connected as they work to improve attendance outcomes.
