Relevant to Middle Leaders, Classroom Teachers.
Description
Enhance your classroom practice with the North London Alliance Research School's Adaptive Teaching training. It is designed to equip educators with a deep understanding of the principles of adaptive teaching and practical approaches to improving learning for all pupils.
Across three interactive sessions, participants will:
- Develop their understanding of the key principles that underpin effective adaptive teaching
- Explore how adaptive teaching strategies can be used to support pupil progress in everyday lessons
- Collaboratively develop an adaptive teaching framework to support consistent and effective classroom practice
- Consider and create exemplification materials that bring the framework to life through concrete classroom examples
- Explore approaches to implementing the framework within their own contexts to strengthen teaching quality and improve outcomes for all pupils
Through practical workshops, professional dialogue and real-world classroom scenarios, this training empowers teachers to build responsive, inclusive learning environments while developing a shared approach to adaptive teaching across their setting.
These workshops are informed by and shaped by the recent content developed by the EEF's North London Alliance Research School.
