Leading attendance across the school

This CPD session supports school leaders to develop effective, strategic approaches to improving attendance across the school.

Focusing on core structures for leadership, the session explores how to analyse attendance data, identify underlying barriers, and implement targeted strategies that respond to the needs of the school community.
