To support PE Leads in their role to ensure high quality provision:
- good practice in curriculum planning and mapping
- supporting colleagues to teach PE
- working effectively with specialist sports coaches
- good practice in establishing safe practice when teaching
- developing a system for assessing learning and ensuring progress for all children in PE
- making the link with healthy lifestyles and increasing participation in daily physical activity
- making best use of the PE premium and measuring the impact
